Privacy notice

What we hold

We hold your name, contact details, county, home club, handicap index, event entries, results and account balance. We do not hold card details; entry fees and subscriptions are settled by bank transfer, cheque or cash and recorded manually by the treasurer.

What is public

Only competition winners, Order of Merit standings and approved photographs appear on the public website. Contact details, balances, tee times and full entry lists are visible to signed-in members and officers only.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to remove you from the society records when your membership ends. Write to secretary@midshiresgolf.com and we will respond within one month.

Photographs

Photographs taken at society days may be published in the gallery. If you would prefer not to appear, tell any committee member and the image will be removed.
